Baby Yoga gently supports your baby’s physical, mental, and emotional development through mindful, purposeful movement. Each activity is designed with intention — offering stimulation, relief, and moments of calm. With a focus on interaction and playful engagement, Baby Yoga nurtures communication, strengthens bonding, and creates a soothing space where you and your baby can grow together.

Baby Yoga classes are relaxed, friendly, and completely baby‑led. You’ll learn gentle movements and playful stretches in a sociable setting where you can chat, laugh, and connect with other parents. Each session is taught in a clear, consistent way that makes the principles of Baby Yoga easy to follow, while still giving you the freedom to move, feed, cuddle, or comfort your baby whenever they need. It’s a welcoming space to learn, grow, and build long‑lasting friendships as you enjoy time with your little one.

  • Gentle, guided Baby Yoga movements   I demonstrate each stretch slowly and clearly while you support your baby through playful, mindful movement.

  • Baby‑led flexibility   Feeding, changing, cuddling, pausing — everything is encouraged. Your baby is always in charge.

  • Simple stretches and relaxation for you   Gentle parent movements and calming breathing techniques woven into each session to support your own wellbeing.
  • Beautiful take‑home handouts   Clear, simple weekly cards showing the Baby Yoga moves covered in class so you can practise at home.
